Orders & Shipping
- How quickly will my order be shipped?
I process your order within 1 to 3 business days.
After that, your package is shipped via bpost or DPD.
Delivery usually takes an additional 1 to 2 business days (Belgium, Netherlands).
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use the shipping rates of Bpost and DPD. For orders over €75 shipping is free!
- Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can choose the "Pick up the order" option during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready, with the address and pick-up options. Please send a message beforehand to arrange a pick-up time.
- Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the EU. A specific list of countries we ship to can be found in our shipping policy.
Returns & Customer Service
- Can I return a product?
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unopened and in its original condition. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product and we will work together to find a solution!

- Are your products natural?
Yes, we choose products that are as natural as possible. We attach great importance to quality and sustainability, so that you can enjoy the purest products.
- Are the gemstones in the bath products real?
Yes! All gemstones in our bath bombs, soaps and candles are real gemstones.
- Can I compose my own tea?
Absolutely! You can create your own tea mix with various herbs and teas. We make sure that all ingredients are of high quality, so that you have the best tea experience.
- Are the products handmade?
Yes, all our products are handmade by our suppliers, making each item unique and of excellent quality.
