Candle Safety Instructions

Fire safety is very important to Mystic Garden.
Be sure to read the instructions to ensure your own safety and that of others.
Mystic Garden is not liable for fires caused by candles sold by us.

  • NEVER leave a candle burning unattended.
  • Never burn the candle on or around flammable materials.
  • Do not burn the candle for more than two hours at a time.
  • Observe the safety symbols.

  • If necessary, trim the wick to about 0.5 cm before lighting the candle.

  • The minimum safe distance between burning candles is 10cm.

  • Do not leave the candle burning unattended

  • Do not leave a burning candle unattended near children and pets.

  • Do not place a burning candle near flammable materials.

  • Do not place a burning candle in a draft.

  • Do not place candles near a heat source or in direct sunlight.

  • Do not throw the match into the candle.

  • Extinguish the candle before moving it.

  • Never extinguish the candle with any liquid.
